Art can be showcased in light, in form and in the structure all around us.

The delicate petal of a rare flower, the sparkle of light on an eyelash, a quarry full of broken rock, a momentary reflection in a puddle: everything is art.

My lens, wherever it points, sees the unexpected, the beautiful, the ephemeral or a consolidation of all of the unexpected. It sees erosion, accumulation, and conglomeration, the endless vista and the disguised vault. It stares into shadows, is blinded by the light, and enraptured by the contorting of rolling clouds.
